Havana Classic Cigar of Miami, LLC. does not sell / distribute / ship our products to anyone under the age of 21 nor does does Havana Classic Cigar of Miami, LLC sell or distribute cigarettes. Cigars and or related products from our website are not intended to be purchased or utilized by anyone under the age of 21. The purchaser by entering and utilizing our website com or any of our affiliated websites acknowledges that he/she is of lawful age and has paid any required fees, taxes and is legally entitled to possess tobacco products.
Shipping to post office box addresses is not permitted.
Certain items based on their weight and size limitations may not be eligible for shipment outside the United States. Oversized merchandise may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Normal shipping source USPS 2 Day, 3 Day and ground.
Priority Mail – Overnight shipping service is available additional shipping charges will apply contact customer support directly.
Order tracking will be provided with every order.
All cigar shipments will require a signature from someone over the age of 21 when cigars are being delivered.
Havana Classic Cigar of Miami, LLC cannot sell or ship cigars to the following states (Maine, Iowa & Montana).
Please do not return any items without a return authorization. Returns once accepted and received will be for exchange or credit only. All returns must be received within 10 business days from the date of purchase to qualify. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We do not accept any returns on cigars. All cigar sales are final. Additional items and or products will be returned at the discretion of Havana Classic Cigar of Miami, LLC.
